My interviewer setup was a bit unusual in how the tone shifted.

At the beginning, they greeted me in Bahasa, but once the interview actually started they switched to English. The overall dynamic wasn’t dominating; the interviewer let me talk and asked in a way that didn’t feel like an interrogation.

Even when I didn’t know something, they would briefly explain the concept rather than ending the conversation harshly. The interview felt short in the timeline and direction, but it stayed calm rather than tense, and that made the experience easier to handle.
