My interview run went through two conversations: one with the hiring managers and then another with the team lead.

Both were focused on job-related fit, and I left each round feeling like the discussions were grounded in what the role actually needed.

What surprised me was what didn’t happen afterward. After the interviews, I didn’t get any feedback—just a courtesy email that basically let me know I hadn’t gotten the role. There wasn’t much detail, so I was left interpreting the result without clarity on what I could’ve done differently.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the overall feeling was professional but a little frustrating because the process ended without any real conversation about how I landed.
