Kennewick, WAPosted Jan 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview started with a group setting where I was placed with several other candidates and we took turns responding to questions.

Then they had us do a roleplay customer interaction using a provided item, which made it feel more like a live test than a traditional Q&A.

They also talked through what the company aimed for and the values they wanted people to bring in. The whole thing felt structured, and because everyone had to respond, there was less room to hide or overthink.

I remember leaving feeling like it was an assessment of how I handled pressure and conversation more than how polished my resume sounded, and it made the process feel real.
