My process started with something that immediately threw me off: I was told I’d be called, but I never received the callback.

When I brought it up, it turned into a tense back-and-forth where I showed the text history and the other person insisted I must have misunderstood. The whole thing felt messy and made the timeline feel unreliable.

After that, the interview didn’t end up being a typical evaluation of my skills. Instead, it turned into a dispute about what was agreed to and what had been scheduled, and that uncertainty stuck with me the most. I didn’t feel like the process was smooth or professionally handled, and it left a lingering impression that communication mattered as much as the interview itself.
