My interview felt extremely casual and informal, and there wasn’t a clear step-by-step structure to it.

I remember things going smoothly in the moment, and then getting told they wanted to hire me pretty quickly.

What surprised me was how little guidance came after that. There wasn’t much direction on next steps or follow-through, so even though the interview went well, the overall process didn’t feel complete.

In another similar moment, the interview was straightforward enough that I got the job right then and there. It felt easy because I felt confident about what I was walking into, but the overall vibe still leaned on speed and simplicity more than a formal process.
