I applied through the university, and the process started with a coding round.

I did well enough there to move forward, and the next step was a technical interview where I felt I performed strongly as well.

The last round was HR, and that’s where I didn’t do as well as I hoped. I remember walking out thinking I should have handled the HR-style conversation better.

The overall journey felt like it flowed through the stages in a typical way—coding to technical to HR. I didn’t get an offer, and my honest reflection was that I could succeed technically, but the final human-focused round was the part that didn’t click for me.
