Pella Account Executive interview experience

Got offer

United StatesPosted Aug 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with a couple of phone conversations, and then the process moved into a single one-on-one meeting.

The overall vibe felt pretty straightforward and not overly drawn out from the first touch, but it did still build toward a final hurdle.

The last step was a panel interview with three managers. They asked questions as a group and kept the focus on how I would approach the work and how I fit the role. By the end, I walked away without an offer, but the experience didn’t feel chaotic—more like a clear progression to a final decision point.
