Paytm Software Engineer interview experience

I passed coding, a design round, and then a director-level round, and after that I simply didn’t hear anything back. I kept following up with multiple messages and “chaser” requests, but nobody replied.

What really stood out to me was how silent the HR communication became despite reaching late-stage interviews. The technical work itself didn’t feel like the issue; it was the lack of closure afterward that made it feel like the process was careless with candidates’ time.

I never received an offer, and honestly it still remains one of the worst processes I’ve gone through in my career
