Paytm Software Engineer interview experience

It had three coding questions of medium to hard level, and then I moved into two technical interview rounds and finally an HR round. The technical rounds came after the online test in a direct sequence, and the whole flow felt like they were pushing pretty hard on my ability to handle tougher coding problems under pressure.

Even after the HR step, I didn’t get an offer. What made the experience stick was the way the difficulty ramped immediately from the initial online coding stage into the technical rounds afterward, leaving little room to slow down.
