My process started with a recruiter call, and then it quickly moved into a SQL coding session.

I sat down for about an hour, worked through three SQL questions, and coded in a team chat environment. The questions landed in the easy-to-medium range, and the interviewer was friendly enough that when I got stuck, I could clarify while I was solving.

After that, the journey continued with a home assignment. I did the take-home work, then came back for an interview that focused on discussing the results from the assignment. From there, I went through interviews with team leadership—first a team leader / group leader style conversation, and then a final HR discussion to close things out.
