San Francisco, CAPosted Nov 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a very difficult experience for the Account Executive role because the process effectively derailed due to recruiter no-shows.

Recruiter screen (scheduled interview, then no-show) — I blocked time, prepped heavily, and showed up expecting the call, but the recruiter never joined and never followed up.
Reschedule attempt (then silence) — I agreed to reschedule when they explained a personal reason, but I never heard back again.

Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was to expect basic professionalism—timely follow-up and respect for candidate time.
