Lake Mary, FLPosted Jul 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a fast, conversational interview flow for the Account Executive role, with mostly behavioral STAR questions across phone and panel-style onsite rounds.

Recruiter phone screen — STAR-based behavioral questions plus general Q&A.
Onsite: panel interview — a multi-manager panel that covered situational/STAR scenarios; the tone felt laid back and more like a conversation than a grilling.
Optional tour / culture touchpoints — I experienced a relaxed, welcoming environment that reinforced fit.
Wrap-up / decision — I received a recruiter follow-up quickly after leaving. Outcome: I ultimately didn’t move forward in the written accounts, but the shared takeaway was a short timeline and a comfort-focused format.
