I went through a fairly quick, Zoom-heavy Account Executive interview loop with mostly conversational, sales-experience questions and light structure.

Recruiter screen (phone/initial) — I talked through my background, work history, and what I was looking for, plus how the next steps would work.
Video/Zoom interview — I discussed my goals and relevant sales experience in a normal interview conversation.
Leadership rounds (directors/RVP/manager) — I met with sales leaders (often more than one) who asked situational questions and pressed for specific examples (sometimes using STAR-style prompts).
Assessment step (sometimes) — In some versions of the process, I completed an assessment either before or between rounds.
