I had a good impression of the company overall, but the process ended abruptly.

I was expecting follow-up from the recruiter, and instead I got ghosted—no updates after I’d done the work to prepare.

The most frustrating part wasn’t just the silence; it was the sense that the time I spent getting ready didn’t really matter to them. The lack of communication made it feel like they weren’t prioritizing candidate experience or even basic closure.

I didn’t move forward. Looking back, being ignored after investing time still stung, but it also convinced me that how a company treats applicants matters, and I don’t regret taking that as a signal.
