I interviewed for the Account Executive role with a structured sequence—recruiter screen, sales-relevant assessment, then manager interviews—with an overall smooth pace.

Recruiter phone screen — a background-and-role conversation to align on expectations.
Assessment step — an online skills test/potential online assessment to evaluate job-related capability.
Hiring interviews (onsite) — in-person conversations with managers; in some cases it included multiple managers reviewing my fit.
Decision timing — feedback came relatively quickly in the overall process. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer in these accounts, but the consistent takeaway was that the process felt organized and fairly efficient, even with the extra assessment step.
