I went into the Account Executive process expecting a lot of situational judgment, and it was challenging—focused on fast, non-rambling responses—plus some rounds that felt more like a high-stakes review of goals.

Recruiter phone interview — initial screen setting expectations.
Phone interviews with leadership — additional calls that felt eye-opening and more executive-level.
In-person interviews — multiple manager meetings and/or follow-on onsite discussions.
Goal- and scenario-based questions — “what would you do?” and “how do you handle X?” questions that required thinking quickly. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer in these accounts, and the takeaway was that difficulty came from the pace and scenario pressure more than from trick questions.
