My first contact was a very relaxed, informal chat where the interviewer didn’t ask much beyond checking timing—mostly when I could start.

The vibe felt like they were eager to hire, and I left the call thinking it was a quick process.

Soon after, I joined a group setting where everyone introduced themselves in small teams. Then the group work turned into an exercise: we were given a page from the catalog and had to sell it to a leader in front of the group. It was an unusual way to interview, but the tone stayed pretty informal. I felt the overall experience was more about seeing how I’d present and talk through a product than about “getting it right,” and it ended without any tough back-and-forth.
