I interviewed for the Software Engineer role but the experience ended early due to process issues and mismatched interviewer engagement, all within a short time window.

Recruiter phone screen (early stage) — a call that was scheduled and started like a normal screening, but I was later not properly communicated with.
Recruiter follow-up — I experienced being dropped from the process without clear updates.
Interviewer experience — on another attempt, I encountered an interview where the interviewer was vague and mostly discussed themselves, leaving little constructive direction. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was that responsiveness and candidate treatment became a major factor alongside technical readiness.
