UtrechtPosted Aug 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Consultant role at PA Consulting with a relatively quick sequence of rounds, mixing HR conversations with case work and then stepping up to a partner-level interview.

Initial consultant chat — a first conversation to get to know me, followed by an HR business partner discussion.
Case interview — a dedicated case round to test my approach to consulting-style problem solving.
Case presentation — I presented the case outputs, then handled Q&A.
Partner interview — a final conversation with a senior person focusing on fit and how I’d work as a consultant. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but I liked the pace—several interviews were close together, so I wasn’t left waiting for long.
