Boston, MAPosted Jan 2014 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Consultant role through a school-focused pipeline that emphasized behavioral fit and analytical screening, with challenging quantitative components.

Campus/initial interview — A largely behavioral conversation focused on motivation for PA and management consulting, plus basic competency topics like leadership, group situations, and salary expectations.
Interim computer-based logic/quant tests — I was given logic and quant-style questions that I found challenging but manageable.
Assessment center (three rounds) — Three interview segments: behavioral, an individual case, and a group case; the individual case was mostly qualitative, with me presenting my approach based on logic after reading a large problem. Outcome: No
