I went through a long, multi-stage remote process that covered HR, offline assessment, technical competency, and then a partner interview.

HR conversation — an initial screening call.
Offline assessment — completed a separate assessment outside the interviews.
Technical competency interview — focused on how I apply skills rather than purely motivational answers.
Competency interview + partner interview — followed with structured competency questions and then a partner conversation. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; takeaway—this was a full, staged pipeline that required stamina and consistency across formats.
