My experience was defined by timing and logistics: a long, test-heavy sequence that didn’t end in an offer (and in one case felt mismanaged).

Video/online assessment(s) — I completed logic and numbers-style testing and/or video interview steps before meeting anyone.
Phone interview — I did a screening conversation to progress to an assessment centre.
Assessment centre — I completed a case/interview-style day that included both written and discussion elements.
Follow-up / scheduling — I experienced long gaps with repeated updates, and in at least one instance I was eventually rejected after delays. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was to be ready for extended timelines and lots of waiting
