I interviewed for a Consultant role through an on-campus process that was short and focused, mainly combining behavioural questions with a lightweight case component.

On-campus first round — two interviewers ran different parts: one emphasized behavioural questions, and the other mixed case elements with some additional behavioural probing.
Data/execution emphasis — in at least one version, the focus leaned on how I worked with data sets, rather than deep technical theory. Outcome: I didn’t enter the following rounds (in one case) or didn’t proceed further, and my takeaway was that PA moved quickly and tested practical experience more than novelty.
