I experienced a comparatively relaxed, straightforward series of screens and interviews, though there were occasional process-quality issues.

HR screening — I had an initial call to cover fit, motivations, and basic role alignment.
Interview with consultants/managing consultants — I was asked a mix of technical-leaning questions and why PA.
Case study / written task — I completed a case or exercise to test how I’d think through a business problem.
Partner / cultural fit interview — I finished with a partner chat focused on culture and general fit. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that even when the interviews feel easy, operational consistency and clarity still matter.
