My process started with a phone screen after a recruiter reached out on LinkedIn.

From there, I went straight into a pair programming session for an hour with two engineers, and the final stage was a half-day set of four separate sessions.

Those sessions covered another pair programming problem, a meeting with a hiring manager, a product manager conversation, and a system design problem. What stood out was how receptive the recruiter and team were to my request for an expedited timeline. I ended up finishing everything quickly, and that made the whole experience feel smooth and easy to commit to.
