My process involved multiple coding sessions, plus an architecture session and a values-focused discussion.

It followed a pretty normal structure for a full loop. I ended up receiving a job offer in late 2022 and accepted, agreeing on a start date in early March.

Right before I was supposed to begin, everything fell apart. Four days before my start, my to-be boss notified me that the offer had been rescinded with no explanation. There was no compensation and no real clarity on what happened, which left me feeling that the whole situation was unethical. Even though the interview process itself had gone well, that last-minute turn wiped out the trust I’d built.
