My interview experience felt completely automated and, honestly, uncomfortable.

I had questions to answer either in writing or in a recorded video call, where the system captured me answering. What surprised me most was how unrelated it felt to the job itself—the questions were about private things during free time rather than anything tied to the role. Even before I could finish, it raised doubts for me about the appropriateness of the process and how it was being handled.
