After applying, the hiring flow felt mostly automated.

I submitted my resume and a LinkedIn profile, then completed skill and writing assessments, which were the main checkpoints. There wasn’t a typical live interview with a person—everything depended on how I performed in the automated screenings.

I remember the process feeling efficient and low on drama: if my results met the threshold, onboarding would follow; if not, the process would just stop. For me, the biggest surprise was how little “human conversation” there was compared to the amount of evaluation happening through tests and automated grading.
