My journey looked more like an onboarding pipeline than a traditional interview.

It started with a CV review, then an examination task, and then I had to submit required documents like residence and a bank account. After that, I was assigned to a team and went through induction training, followed by more training sessions. I wasn’t always sure what the very next step would be right after training, but it felt like the process gradually moved me from paperwork into becoming ready for tasks.
