Outlier AI AI Trainer interview experience

I had to record my oral speech and also provide a written text sample, and then it turned into multiple English language checks. The questions were interactive and paced in rounds, and each step felt designed to measure how I expressed myself, including conversational ability and grammar. After those language screens, there were training courses and more tests, which made the process feel like a pipeline rather than a single conversation with a person. It wasn’t difficult to follow, and I felt comfortable through it, even when it involved several sequential assessments.
