After I applied, I was pushed into an online assessment that felt more like general screening than anything tied to the actual AI training work.

I had to analyze text, spot grammatical mistakes, and answer prompts like talking about a favorite movie—none of it really matched the subject area I was applying for. It didn’t take very long, and the whole thing felt low-stakes.

Alongside that, I also had to complete ID verification. That part was quick, and overall the process felt straightforward and efficient. I remember thinking it was easy enough to get through as long as I had basic language comprehension, even though the content didn’t feel very role-specific.
