I didn’t experience much of a traditional interview loop.

I completed an assessment, and after about a week I received an email with the steps to start working, including what I needed to do next. The whole thing felt simple and smooth, and the timeline was fairly fast once I passed whatever evaluation they used. In the end, the main uncertainty for me wasn’t the interviewing itself—it was whether I would clear the evaluation step that unlocks the next phase.
