A recruiter message came to me directly through LinkedIn, and I ended up submitting my resume without any real back-and-forth.

I got accepted instantly, and it honestly felt more like a quick verification than an interview.

What stood out most was how fast it moved compared to what I’d heard about the process for other people. In my case it was straightforward and I didn’t go through anything lengthy—I just received confirmation and moved into onboarding, though I didn’t end up speaking to anyone live during the hiring part. The whole thing felt unexpectedly smooth, but I also knew it could’ve been different for others depending on their background.
