Outlier AI AI Trainer interview experience

The process was so easy it almost felt suspicious.

There wasn’t anything that resembled a normal interview—mostly just submitting a resume online, then getting onboarding materials that were packaged as videos. I accepted an offer and started, but I ended up leaving shortly afterward because the whole setup felt sketchy to me, and I also felt uneasy after digging into what seemed to be payment concerns. There was also no real chance to talk to anyone directly, which made the lack of transparency weigh more than the short, simple onboarding steps.
