A lot of my experience came down to reliability.

I started with an HR conversation that went fine, and then I waited for a technical interview that simply never happened—after the interviewer didn’t show, I followed up but didn’t get any real response or explanation. The lack of communication felt disrespectful because I’d set aside time and built expectations around that meeting.

In another part of my process, scheduling also derailed in a way that left me frustrated: there were reschedules that never seemed to land, and follow-ups didn’t get answered. Even when I tried to close the loop, I was left waiting while the process stalled.
