Denver, COPosted Jun 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a recruitment process for a contract role, and the tone felt unusually responsive.

The team was open to my questions and didn’t just provide generic answers. They even gave me feedback on my portfolio, which made the process feel constructive rather than opaque.

Because the feedback was specific and the conversations felt thoughtful, it was better than I’ve seen at many other companies. I didn’t get an offer, but I planned to keep an eye on future roles because the experience itself left a good impression.
