I had a very low-friction hiring journey for an Account Executive role, with an accelerated timeline once I reached the studio.

Studio intro / quick conversation — I arrived at the location and did an initial fitness assessment and tour, then met staff/trainers before speaking with the studio owner or manager.
Short in-person interview (manager-led) — I answered questions about my experience and how I’d handle the job; in some cases it was described as only a few questions.
Workout trial — I tried a class or participated in a gym-style round as part of understanding the role.
Offer + training — in at least one version of this flow, I received an offer via email and then completed several weeks
