I interviewed for Orangetheory’s Account Executive role in a very quick, sometimes informal process that felt easy but inconsistent, with decisions made fast (or not communicated well).

Short/virtual phone or in-studio chat — Basic questions like “tell me about yourself,” plus why I wanted the job and availability.
Single in-person check — A brief meeting where they focused on sales/customer service basics and whether I’d worked out with Orangetheory before.
Class trial element (sometimes immediate) — In some paths, I tried a class and then reviewed scheduling right after.
Low-touch follow-up — Often the timeline was rapid, but one experience included being rescheduled at the last minute and then not hearing back. Outcome: I got a job in at least
