Oklahoma City, OKPosted Apr 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a drawn-out process with multiple follow-ups and repeated take-the-class steps, but I never received closure.

Brief manager interview — I met with an Oklahoma manager; the interview was short and didn’t cover much about the job.
Take a class / promised follow-up — I was invited to take a class and told they’d follow up.
Repeat round after months — when I got a call a couple months later, I was asked to interview again and take the class again. Outcome: I wasn’t offered the job; the takeaway was that the process felt overconfident and inconsistent, with poor communication until the end.
