Dublin, CAPosted Oct 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had an easy interview experience overall, but communication broke down after the last round due to background check timing.

Multi-person in-person interview — I met with assistant/studio managers and higher-ups; questions focused on my experience and what I could bring.
Background check + offer letter delay — after interviews, there was radio silence while they processed a background check; I followed up repeatedly over weeks. Outcome: I didn’t clearly receive an offer in my account; the takeaway was that delays can become stressful even when the interview itself goes well.
