I interviewed for an Account Executive role with a very quick, light touch process that centered on sales/fitness basics and motivation.

Zoom or phone-style check-in — I was asked simple questions about what I was looking to gain by working there and about my sales and fitness experience.
Compensation/sales benefits overview — we discussed how sales benefits and compensation would work.
Fast decision — in one case I received an offer right after the interview, and in another I got it shortly after an early conversation. Outcome: I was offered the role, and the takeaway is that when the conversation is efficient and you clearly communicate sales motivation, decisions can be immediate.
