I had a very relaxed, casual interview journey focused on fit and background, with a short conversation and little friction.

Casual manager chat — The questions covered my background and general self-introduction, and we also spent time discussing how Orangetheory works and its impact.
Very brief studio interview — I answered general questions about my work history and duties at each job; it felt so casual that the manager made it even less nerve-racking.
Owner + manager meet-up — I met both the owner and manager in person; they were looking for sales experience and assessing personality fit. Outcome: No offer, but overall it felt comfortable and easy going.
