Seattle, WAPosted Feb 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had an average-paced interview with a long wait afterward, and I ended up declining when the timeline slipped.

Online application → manager call — I applied and the studio manager called the next day to schedule.
One interview during a busy intake — I visited for an interview while many other applicants were being processed.
Delayed decision — it took over a week to hear back even though they said it would be about three days, and I turned down the offer. Outcome: I didn’t accept the role; the takeaway was that follow-through timing significantly affected my decision.
