I ended up doing a video interview first, and it wasn’t immediate—there was a long gap where I waited before I could even get the next step scheduled.

After that delay, I had a phone interview, and then about a week later I was invited to a face-to-face in-store interview.

The video interview itself was very structured. It was AI-style in the way it gave you a set number of questions, a very tight time limit per question, and a brief window to prepare. I got a practice run ahead of time, and once I finished the recording it provided some sort of insights, which made it feel largely automated.
