My first step was an HR exchange where I felt like my profile was genuinely interesting to them.

I was told I’d get feedback to arrange a second interview with a manager, but after that initial promise the follow-up never came. I waited for weeks and then reached out again, but I still didn’t get a response.

The frustrating part wasn’t just the silence—it was that the timeline had been implied clearly right after the HR call, and then nothing moved. It left me feeling stuck, unsure whether my application had stalled or whether the process had simply drifted.

I never got to the next stage and I didn’t receive an offer, and the experience was mostly about that long gap with no closure.
