I went through a pretty structured interview loop that started with an HR connect step, then moved into a HackerRank-style coding round that combined coding with SQL.

After that, I had a hiring manager interview where we discussed my experience and how I think about the kind of work I’d be doing.

Next was a system design round pitched at a Staff Software Engineer level, followed by a team member interview with a Principal Software Engineer. I then wrapped up with a behavioral/cultural-fit round tied to a Director of Engineering.

The time between the final conversations and the decision was fast enough that the whole thing felt like it resolved within about a week. I ended up getting the offer. What I remember most is how each stage felt like a step
