Mountain View, CAPosted May 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process I went through felt fast-paced and highly technical right from the start, with a strong emphasis on mission alignment.

It began with a recruiter call, and after that I moved into coding interviews where I had to write a lot of code.

What surprised me was how much the interviews felt like they were about more than just solving problems. Even though coding was central, the overall vibe kept pointing back to whether I aligned with the mission and how I approached the work under pressure.

I didn’t receive an offer, and given how intense everything felt, I wasn’t too shocked. It matched the reputation of the process: deeply focused, demanding, and not designed to be easy for anyone.
