My interview was straightforward, almost like a quick conversation plus a pitch.

I chatted generally about my career to date, and then I had to give a presentation and pitch around a solution and which companies I would pitch to.

The hard part wasn’t the content—it was the chaos around the process. Recruiters and interviewers showed up late to calls, and it created this sense of disorganization right from the start. Even with the easy overall difficulty, I felt like the process wasn’t being run with much care. In the end, I didn’t receive an offer, and I left with the lingering impression that there wasn’t a lot of operational polish behind the scenes.
