San Francisco, CAPosted Feb 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was approached via email for the software engineer role, and that quickly turned into a fairly comprehensive process.

It started with a recruiter call over the phone, then I moved into an onsite visit in San Francisco that felt like a compressed set of back-to-back interviews.

During the onsite, I went through four rounds that blended system design, algorithms, and coding. The overall vibe was intense, and I felt like every conversation was probing how I reasoned under pressure, not just whether I could reach an answer. After the onsite, the process ended without an offer, but the experience still felt structured and legit—just very demanding.
