OneTrust Frontend Engineer interview experience

Medium

Negative

New DelhiPosted Aug 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview process felt like it was designed to waste time rather than evaluate me.

A recruiter called me and brought me to their office, and right away it felt off—like the purpose wasn’t to see if I fit.

I didn’t get an offer even though the process apparently went through selection. The impression I got was that they didn’t trust whether I would actually join, so even after I was considered, they still wouldn’t move forward. It left me frustrated because it felt like I was going through steps without any real commitment on their side.

The overall experience was extremely negative, and my honest takeaway was that I probably shouldn’t have gone through it in the first
